Breezeway House

THE BRIEF:

Originally built in the 1990s, this country home on the banks of the Macintyre River was refreshed for a new family and its next chapter. Strong angled roof forms were celebrated alongside a warm, earthy material palette and terracotta breezeway blocks that filter light and air. The result is relaxed and understated — a contemporary family home grounded in its Goondiwindi setting.
